This 1965 Shelby GT350 Mustang of Bill Corwin of Southern California
was brought down to the Metal for one of Dr. Jay's Signature Paint
Refinish jobs. Dr. Jay is Fast Becoming America's foremost Auto Body Repair and
Paint Center for Muscle Cars and Classic Hot Rods of all kinds.
What Carroll Shelby did was to convert
the Mustang fastback coupe into a road-going version of a NASCAR
stocker. While many GT350's had a 4-barrel carburetor fitted on the
Cobra high-riser manifold Bill took it one steip further by adding
the Weber Carburetor system from Europe. Bootsing the horsepower to
380.
This Shelby Mustang GT350 of Bill's is a Muscle Car Classic as only
562 Shelby GT350's were produced. Bill is very particular about
every detail of his prized Shelby and Dr. Jay even showed Bill a few
areas that needed attention. that other shops often overlook. Dr.
